Pet Policy

The Crossings at Riverwalk is a pet friendly community allowing 2 pets per apartment home with a maximum weight limit of 80 lbs. Pets over 50 lbs must be in a first floor unit. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $400.00 for the first pet and $200.00 for the second. A monthly rent of $25.00 per pet, per month will apply. Residents will be required to show proof of vaccinations.
